What are the delivery charges for orders from POS Hardware?
Standard delivery is ALWAYS FREE for any item you purchase from POS Hardware. If you are in a hurry there is an expedited option available at checkout for an added fee.
Which payment methods are accepted on POSHardware.biz?
We use PayPal for all our payment processing. With PayPal you can use your PayPal account or the credit card of your choice. With PayPal your information is always secure and protected. We NEVER store your credit card information on our site.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery depends on where the product is being shipped. Our FREE DELIVERY is via ground transportation and will take anywhere from 3-7 business days for most places in Canada. Expedited delivery is 1 - 2 business days.
How secure is shopping on POSHardware.biz? Is my data protected?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately. You will receive an email when the product is shipped which will contain your tracking number. The order and tracking information is also available on our site under the My Account menu if you chose to create an account during the purchase process.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you and is also available on our site under the My Account menu if you chose to create an account during the purchase process.
